The St. James Global Village Ministries program charter is to provide temporary & supportive residency, group counseling, self-empowerment, formal education, and professional skills enhancement services for adult female residents of San Diego County who are clinically, socially and/or legally confirmed as being within any or all of the following categories:
Prison Release
Probation Oversight
Human Trafficking Victims
Sexual Assault Victims
Family Abuse and Neglect Victims
